What helps us assess an introduction

A short, non-confidential overview is a useful starting point. Include the sector, general location, approximate revenue and EBITDA, recurring revenue characteristics, the owner’s goals and your proposed process. An anonymized teaser is welcome before confidentiality arrangements are in place.

Please flag customer concentration, owner responsibilities and any important timing considerations. These help us focus the initial discussion. We can agree on confidentiality and an appropriate channel before exchanging detailed financial, employee or customer information.

How we work with advisors

We want to understand your role and the process you are managing. We will discuss communication channels, the information needed for review and practical next steps. Any compensation or fee arrangements should be addressed expressly in the relevant agreements; an introduction alone does not establish a fee obligation.

Our partners bring experience in acquisitions, business operations and leadership. Meet John, Nic and Emilio and see how their individual backgrounds inform the work.

Capital and execution

We arrange capital on a transaction-by-transaction basis with investment and financing partners. A potential acquisition is subject to diligence, financing, approvals and definitive agreements. We discuss those dependencies during the process so advisors and owners can assess the proposed path to closing.
