His focus at Trident Ridge is turning growth ambitions into practical action: understanding customers, strengthening pricing and sales execution, developing managers and helping teams integrate change. For an owner, that means a partner who can discuss what the business needs after the transaction as carefully as the transaction itself.

Acquisitions & capital allocation
Nic brings experience as a family-office Chief Investment Officer and founder of Pacifica Advisors, spanning acquisitions, financing, restructuring and operating improvement. His prior work includes more than $3 billion in completed transactions across alternative assets and lower middle market businesses.
For an owner, Nic connects the transaction with the personal decision behind it: timing, deal structure, the role you want afterward and the resources the business needs next. He also taught finance and real estate at the University of San Diego.
